Ingredients Needed for Classic Pizza Dough

0.5 ounce dry yeast
1½ cups of water, warm
2 tablespoons of sugar
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups of flour

How to Make Classic Pizza Dough

  1. Pour the warm water into a bowl and add the dry yeast. Wait for 10 minutes until the yeast starts to bubble.
  2. Add the sugar, salt, and olive oil. Use a fork and mix.
  3. Add the flour in a large bowl and make a well in the middle of it.
  4. Pour around 1/3 of the wet mixture in the well and slowly stir with a spatula in order to absorb the flour.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture and mix until it has fully absorbed the flour.
  6. Grease a large bowl with olive oil. Add the dough and cover the bowl with plastic foil.
  7. Let it rise for the next 60 minutes.
  8. Next, grab some dough in your hands and lay it on your working surface (flour-dusted).
  9. Knead the dough until smooth and level it with a rolling pin.
  10. Give it a round shape, approximately 12 inches (30 cm) in diameter.

2 egg yolks
8 slices of chorizo
3 ounces of feta, crumbled

1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ cup parmesan, shredded

How to Make Spaghetti Pizza With Chorizo and Feta

  1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat, and fill around half of it with water. Bring it to a boil and add a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the spaghetti and cook them according to the instructions on the package. After they’re ready, drain them.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat and add the pasta. Press down on them, evenly spreading them in the pan. Add the egg yolks and mix them with the pasta.
  4. Add the Chorizo slices, feta cheese, and fresh basil. Pour a small drizzle of olive oil. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  6. Slide the skillet into the oven and cook the pizza for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve it with shredded parmesan on top and a touch of parsley.

2 pounds of chicken breast or 6 chicken breast halves

1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

½ cup mozzarella, shredded
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
5 ounces of gouda
3.5 ounces of salami, thinly sliced
7 ounces of pizza dough
1 egg, whisked

How to Make Chicken Pizza Rolls

  1. Grab 1 chicken breast half and cover it with plastic foil. Level it with a rolling pin. Repeat for all chicken breast halves.
  2. Spread a large plastic foil on your wooden board. Lay 3 chicken breast halves on the side closest to you and the other 3 on the opposite side, slightly overlapping with the other.
  3. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Evenly spread the tomato sauce over it.
  4. Add the fresh basil leaves, mozzarella, and yellow bell pepper. Add the gouda cheese, salami, and some more mozzarella if you prefer.
  5. Start from the end closest to you and carefully roll towards the opposite end so you don’t lose any of the filling.
  6. Preheat the oven to 365 degrees F/185 degrees C.
  7. Lay the pizza dough on your wooden board and add the chicken roll on the side closest to you.
  8. Cover the chicken with the dough and start rolling until the chicken is completely covered.

  1. Add the chicken cubes to a bowl. Also add half of the crushed garlic, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt, and ginger. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and stir to combine everything.
  2. Add the chicken to a plate and microwave for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, combine the tomato sauce with the remaining garlic, olive oil, and sugar. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

  1. Preheat the oven to 430 degrees F/220 degrees C.
  2. Dust your working space with flour and lay the pizza dough. Level it using a rolling pin.

  4. Dust your working space with flour. Grab your pizza dough and level it with a rolling pin until thin.
  5. Grab a round baking dish, around 8 inches (20 cm) diameter. Cover its bottom with the mozzarella slices.
