Ingredients Needed for Squash, Bacon and Cheese Pizza

1 ½ cups of flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry yeast
½ cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons of honey
8 ounces of butternut squash, small cubes
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
3 slices of bacon, chopped
2 teaspoons of butter
¼ apple, cubed
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon tomato paste
½ cup cheddar, shredded
1 ounce gorgonzola
sage

How to Make Squash, Bacon and Cheese Pizza

  1. Add the flour in a large bowl. Add the salt, dry yeast, pour the water, olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
  2. Use your hands to mix the ingredients, mixing vigorously, until you obtain a smooth dough.
  3. Let it rise for 60 minutes.
  4. Add the squash in a baking dish and drizzle 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over it.
  5. Slide the dish into the oven and cook the squash for the next 15 minutes at 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  6. Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook it until translucent.
  7. Add the chopped bacon and cook it for 2 minutes.
  8. Move the mixture over a paper towel and pat it dry.
  9. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the apple and the remaining honey.
  10. Season with cumin, chili powder, cinnamon, and tomato paste.
  11. Give it a good stir and add the bacon and onion mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  12. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  13. Roll the dough with a rolling pin until you obtain a round shape, approximately 12 inches (30 cm) in diameter. Lay the pizza dough on the parchment paper.
  14. Top it with the bacon and onion mixture and the diced roasted squash.
  15. Top the pizza with shredded Cheddar, gorgonzola, and sage.

1 pound chicken breast

2 rosemary sprigs

1 ½ cups of flour (for coating)
1 cup egg wash (for coating)

How to Make Chicken Crust Pizza

  1. First, add the chicken, garlic, and rosemary in your meat grinder or large blender. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Turn on the blender and mince everything.
  2. Lay the meat in round tray, around 12 inches (30 cm) in diameter and level it, pressing it with your hands, in order to remove the excess air. Refrigerate it for the next 30 minutes.
  3. Coat the obtained crust with flour, whisked egg, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lay the crust over it. Bake it for the next 25 minutes at 380 degrees F/190 degrees C.
  5. In the meantime, you can take care of the tomato sauce. Add salt, garlic powder, dried herbs, sugar, and a touch of sesame oil. Mix until smooth.
  6. Evenly spread the tomato sauce over the crust. Top it with mozzarella, pepperoni, and slide it into the oven for the next 15 minutes at 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  7. You can serve the pizza topped with some fresh basil leaves.

How to Make Butternut Squash Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F/190 degrees C.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lay the diced squash on it. Pour a small drizzle of olive oil over it.

Ingredients Needed for Pizza Wreaths With Hot Mayonnaise Sauce


For the wreaths:

flour for dusting
2 pounds of pizza dough
3 tablespoons of pesto sauce
3 tablespoons of tomato basil sauce
3 tablespoons of pizza sauce
½ cup cheddar, grated
½ cup parmesan, grated
½ cup low moisture mozzarella, grated
6 ounces of pepperoni, sliced

For the egg wash:

1 egg
1 tablespoon milk

For the sauce:

⅓ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of tabasco
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

How to Make Pizza Wreaths With Hot Mayonnaise Sauce

  1. For the wreaths:

    Dust the work surface with flour and portion the dough into 3 lumps. Flatten them using a rolling pin.

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the pizza doughs on it.
  3. Make radial cuts from the center of each pizza crust using a pizza cutter. Stop just before you reach the edge of the crusts. Start adding the ingredients.
  4. For the pesto wreath:

    Add the pesto along the edge of the first pizza crust. Top the pesto with the Cheddar, then top it with 2 ounces of pepperoni.

  5. For the tomato and basil wreath:

    Add the tomato sauce along the edge of the second pizza crust. Top the tomato sauce with the parmesan, then add 2 ounces of pepperoni over it.

  6. For the pizza sauce wreath:

    Add the pizza sauce along the edge of the third pizza crust. Top the pizza sauce with the mozzarella, then add 2 ounces of pepperoni on top.

  7. For each pizza crust, take the tips of the triangles formed when making the radial cuts and fold them toward the edge. Tuck them under to seal.
  8. For the egg wash:

    Add the egg and milk to a smaller bowl and mix them.

  9. Coat the folded triangles formed on the upper part of the wreaths with egg wash using a brush. Bake for 25 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
  10. For the sauce:

    Add the mayonnaise, Tabasco, and fresh parsley to a smaller bowl and mix them.

  1. Preheat the oven to 465 degrees F/240 degrees C.
  2. Add the lamb mince in a large bowl. Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
  3. Season with cumin seeds, paprika, coriander powder, and sumac. Add a touch of parsley and give it a good stir.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Lay the pizza dough on the paper and evenly spread the lamb mixture. Slide the tray into the oven for the next 10 minutes.
  5. Add the yogurt in a large bowl along with the garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix until smooth.
