Ingredients Needed for Donut Mini Pizza

1 pound flour
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon baking powder
salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 cup of water
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon dried basil
3 tablespoons parmesan, grated
2 sausages, sliced
chives (for garnishing)

How to Make Donut Mini Pizza

  1. Add the flour, oregano, baking powder, and sugar to a bowl. Season with salt and mix until even.
  2. Transfer to the dough mixer bowl, add the yogurt and olive oil.
  3. Start mixing and gradually add the water in the process. Mix until you have a dough.
  4. Shape the dough into a ball, transfer it to a bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Portion the dough into equal pieces (we’ve got 8 of them) and flatten them using the rolling pin.
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and transfer the dough disks on it.
  7. Cut off a hole in the middle of each disk using a glass’s mouth. You can discard the cut-off pieces of dough.
  8. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough disks, sprinkle them with ground basil and grated parmesan and top them with the sliced sausages.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
  10. Serve the pizzas garnished with chives.

How to Make Tomato and Sweet Corn Pizza

  1. Add the flour and yeast to the dough mixer bowl, season with salt and mix shortly using a spatula.
  2. Start the dough mixer and gradually add the warm water. Mix until you have a dough.

  2. Add the flour, yeast, chili flakes, and dried oregano to the dough mixer bowl. Generously season with salt, add the cooked onion and the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil and start mixing.
  3. Add the yogurt and gradually add the water too, in the process. Mix until you have a dough.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
For the topping:
  1. Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add the bacon. Stir in and add the frozen vegetable mix. Cook and stir for 7 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining teaspoon of fajita seasoning, stir in and remove from heat.
Assembling the pizza:
  1. Dust the work surface with flour and add the dough. Knead it a little and flatten it using the rolling pin.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and transfer the flattened dough to it. Coat it with the BBQ sauce.
  3. Add the cooked bacon and veggie mixture and spread it evenly. Top with the sliced onion, tomato slices, and grated cheddar. Bake for 15 minutes at 460⁰F/230⁰C.
