How to Make Meatball and Eggplant Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C.
  2. Add the ground beef in a large bowl. Add the salt, 1 egg, chili flakes, parsley, breadcrumbs, and ginger.
  3. Mix everything to get a smooth mixture.
  4. Slice the eggplant and tomato.
  5. Make round meatballs out of the meat mixture. Make them the same size as the eggplant rounds.
  6. Use a round baking tray and place the meatballs and eggplant rounds in turns.
  7. Fill the empty middle with tomato slices and bell pepper.

How to Make Cheesy Chicken and Potato Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Thinly slice the 2 potatoes.
  3. Add them in a large bowl and season with olive oil, salt and paprika powder.
  4. Bake them in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Heat a skillet, add 1 of tablespoon vegetable oil and start frying the chicken.
