  1. Start by preheating the oven to 350⁰F/175⁰C. Add 10 Oreos to your food processor and pulse until you make small crumbs.
  2. Grease a small ceramic baking pan with melted butter. Mix the remaining butter into the Oreo crumbs to make a dough. Add it to the baking pan and press it to the bottom and edges of it. Bake the crust for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.

  2. Line a 12 inch (30 cm) round baking tray with parchment paper. Add the Oreo crumbles and evenly spread them in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 340⁰F/170⁰C.
  3. For the squash-cheese mixture:

How to Make Oreo Brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 340°F/170°C.
  2. In order to make the brownies, simply add all of the ingredients in a large bowl (the crushed Oreos, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, melted butter, eggs, milk, olive oil, vanilla extract, coffee, and honey).
  3. Mix with a spatula, making moves in a circular pattern, to combine all the ingredients into a smooth and creamy mixture.
  4. Add the mixture into a piping bag.
  5. Grab 2 mini-baking pans (4X2 inches / 10X5 cm) and fill them with the mixture.
  6. Slide them into the oven for the next 15 minutes.
