Oreo and Yogurt Ice Cream

Oreo is one of the most popular snacks in the world, eaten in every shape and form. Why not ice cream, too? This Oreo and yogurt ice cream matches the sweetness of the biscuits with the fresh creamy yogurt. The result is a cool and easy to make dessert.

Ingredients

1 cup yogurt
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 tablespoons of dried cranberry
10 biscuits
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

Steps

  1. Add the yogurt to a mixing bowl. Also add the sugar and the yolk.
  2. Start the mixer and whisk until the sugar melts.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, lime juice, and dried cranberries. Whisk.
  4. Crumble 4 Oreos and add them to the mixture, then whisk.
  5. Use a 6-cup muffin tin and place 6 muffin baking cups in it.
  6. Split the yogurt mixture into the muffin baking cups (2 1/4 inches/6 cm base).
  7. Stick the remaining Oreos into each one, vertically.
  8. Freeze for 3 hours.
