The last thing you need on a busy day is a complicated breakfast. This egg sandwich is a simple alternative. It only takes 10 minutes to make and it brings together fried tasty eggs, some salami slices, a bit of chives and a roasted to perfection bun!

Ingredients Needed for Egg Sandwich

2 eggs
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
½ teaspoon chives
¼ teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon grated mozzarella
1 bun
2 salamis

How to Make Egg Sandwich

  1. Put the vegetable oil in a skillet.
  2. Crack the eggs and put them in the skillet.
  3. While they cook, break the egg yolk.
  4. Sprinkle the chives and the chili flakes on the eggs.
  5. Add 1/2 tablespoon of grated mozzarella on the eggs.
  6. Slice the bun horizontally and put the slices on the eggs.
  7. Turn the eggs on the other side, so that the bun slices fry too.
  8. On one egg, put 2 slices of salami and the remaining mozzarella.
  9. Fold the eggs, so that one slice of bun stays on the bottom, and the other on top.
  10. Now you have a sandwich!
