How to Make Potato Fritters

  1. First peel the potatoes.
  2. Fill a saucepan with water, add the potatoes in it, and place it over medium heat. Bring it to a boil and cook the potatoes for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the heavy cream in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, add red wine vinegar, half of the spring onion, and the garlic. Stir to combine everything and set the dip aside.
  4. Shred the cooked potatoes in a small bowl.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, add the remaining spring onion and the butter. Mix everything until smooth.

  1. Add water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and the spaghetti and cook them according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter in it and melt it.
  4. Place the flat side of a knife over the garlic cloves. Crush them by pressing with your hand the flat side of the knife against each clove.
  5. Add the garlic cloves into the skillet and cook them for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the mussels and pour the white wine.
  7. Season with salt and add the spring onion. Cook them for 4 minutes.
