Cooking shrimp is nothing of a big deal - you'll know exactly when they're done thanks to their bright pink colour. In fact, it's a matter of minutes until you have your shrimp nicely done. We like to enjoy our shrimp with a bit of butter and garlic, but when comes to pasta, we pair them with spaghetti, lots of parmesan and parsley.

Ingredients Needed for Shrimp Spaghetti

5 ounces of spaghetti
1 tablespoon butter
2 garlic cloves, slices
14 shrimp
¼ cup white wine
3.5 ounces of cherry tomato
1 parsley, chopped
½ cup grated parmesan

How to Make Shrimp Spaghetti

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the spaghetti and cook them according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet.
  4. Throw the garlic in the skillet, add the shrimp and cook them until they’re opaque and bright pink.
  5. Add the white wine and let everything simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Season with pepper and salt and cook further, until the wine reduces to half.
  7. Drain the pasta and add it in the pan.
  8. Add the cherry tomatoes, parsley, and parmesan.
  9. Mix to combine the ingredients and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
