  1. Add the sugar and yeast in a bowl and cover them with hot water.
  2. Mix well and cover the bowl with a towel. Let it activate for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the mixture into your food processor along with the salt and flour.
  4. Mix until you obtain a smooth, sticky dough. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
  5. Shape the dough into 3 inches (7.5 cm) diameter flat rounds.

How to Make Banana Bread on Stick

  1. Place each banana on the work surface, peel it, and cut off its ends. Cut each one in two halves. See to it that one half is slightly bigger than the other. Set the smaller halves aside.
  2. Fix a lollipop stick into each banana piece (use only the bigger halves for now). Freeze for 60 minutes.
  3. Add the smaller banana pieces to a bowl. Mash them using a fork.
  4. Add sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, egg, and vegetable oil. Season with salt and mix until smooth using a hand mixer.
  5. Add the flour and mix more until even.
  6. Fill a deeper frying pan halfway with vegetable oil and heat it. Coat the frozen bananas with the banana mixture.
  7. Deep-fry them until golden brown. Transfer them on paper towels.

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef and give it a good stir. Cook until the meat starts to brown.

  5. Pour the beef stock and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the canned tomatoes and sweet corn. Give it a good stir and cook for 2 more minutes.

For the dough:
  1. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and gingerbread spice mix to the dough mixer bowl. Season with salt and mix until even.
  2. Add the butter, milk, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix more until you have a dough.
  3. Distribute the dough into the cavities of a gingerbread pan. Depending on how big your pan is, you may need to cook them in 3 to 5 batches. In the end, we’ve ended up with 30 gingerbread cookies.
  4. Leave place inside the pan cavities for the dough to grow, so you should fill them just about halfway. Bake for 15 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
For the icing:
  1. Add the powdered sugar, cream cheese, melted butter, and maple syrup to a bowl. Season with salt and mix until even using a tablespoon.

For the dough:
  1. Add the flour, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, and baking soda to a bowl. Season with salt and whisk until even.
  2. Add the butter, molasses, and sugar to the dough mixer bowl. Mix until even.
  3. Gradually add the spiced flour mixture while continuing to mix. Mix until you have a dough.

  1. Add the cream cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of oregano, parmesan, shredded chicken, double cream and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well to combine the ingredients.
  4. Lay the toast bread slices on parchment paper in lines of 4, slightly overlapping each other (use 12 slices of bread).
  5. Level them with a rolling pin and evenly spread the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Start rolling from the end closest to you towards the opposite end.
  7. Wrap the roll in parchment paper, securing the sides and releasing the air. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  8. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Release the roll from foil and lay it in the tray.
  9. Glaze it with a brush with a mixture of melted butter, oregano, and garlic. Cover it with slices of cheese.
  10. Slide the tray into the oven for the next 25 minutes at 340 degrees F/170 degrees C.

How to Make Vegetable Chicken Soup With Parmesan Bread

  1. Heat the olive oil in a cooking pot over low heat, then add the garlic, bay leaf, cardamom, turnip, carrot, and radish. Stir. Add the chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
  2. Add the potato, sweet potato, and kale, stir and simmer until the veggies are tender, about 40 minutes.
  3. Cut the bread slices in half, add the shredded parmesan over them and bake for 7 minutes at 350⁰F/175⁰C.
  4. Serve the soup with parmesan bread, garnished with fresh parsley and some shredded parmesan.
