1 egg
½ cup sugar

7 ounces flour

How to Make Chocolate Banana Bread

  1. Add the bananas to a bowl and mash them.
  2. Keep adding the egg, sugar, and rum. Mix until even.
  3. Gradually add the flour and mix it in.
  4. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and transfer the batter to it.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 360ºF/180ºC.
  6. Make a rectangular 1 to 1.5-inch deep cut in the center of the banana bread and remove the crumb.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate into the cut and garnish with powdered sugar.

How to Make Beef-Stuffed French Bread

  1. Drizzle the meat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1-2 teaspoons of oil in a pan over high heat and add the beef.
  3. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Add the butter and garlic cloves, lower the heat, and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Cut off the half baguette’s end and scoop out the crumb.
  6. Stuff the baguette with the cooked meat and place it into a baking dish.
  7. Add the melted butter to a small bowl or a cup together with the dill and crushed garlic. Shortly mix them.
  8. Coat the stuffed baguette with some of this sauce.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes at 360ºF/180ºC.
  10. Serve sliced and topped with the garlic-butter sauce.

How to Make Turkish Coffee Shortbread Cookies

  1. Add the butter, salt, and sugar to a bowl. Mix until even using the hand mixer.
  2. Add the flour, cardamom, and coffee grounds. Mix until you have a dough, using your hands.
  3. Shape the dough into cookie-sized patties.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and transfer the dough patties on it.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 360ºF/180ºC.
  6. Add the chocolate chips to a bowl and pour the oil over them.
  7. Microwave for 2 minutes.

  1. Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk them.
  2. Mix in the shredded apple.
  3. Add the olive oil and maple syrup. Keep mixing while gradually adding the coconut oil. Set aside.

How to Make Bread and Tomato Soup With Croutons

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and evenly spread the diced bread on it.
  2. Drizzle with vegetable oil, season with thyme, then bake for 10 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.

fresh yeast (1 cube, 20-25 grams)

3/4 cup water
1 pound flour

1 large red onion, diced

How to Make Onion and Olive Pull-Apart Bread

  1. Add the yeast and sugar to a small bowl. Crush the yeast and mix using a fork.
  2. Gradually add 2-3 tablespoons of water and keep mixing until smooth using a teaspoon.
  3. Add the flour to a bowl and season with salt. Pour the yeast mixture in the center and set it aside.
  4. Heat 1/2 of the olive oil in a skillet over low-medium heat, then add the onion. Season with salt.

  13. Butter a roomy baking dish, shape the dough balls (we’ve got 20) and transfer them into it.
  14. Bake for 25 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.

  1. Add the butter and brown sugar to a smaller bowl. Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Knead and shape the puff pastry into a sphere. Divide it into smaller pieces and shape them into balls. We’ve settled for 12 pieces, but your number will differ depending on how big you make them.
  3. Line a springform pan with parchment paper and transfer the dough balls to it. Add 1/2 of the crumbled walnuts.
  4. Stir the microwaved butter and brown sugar mixture and pour half of it over the dough balls. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and add the remaining walnuts. Finish with the remaining microwaved butter mixture.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350⁰F/170⁰C.
  6. You can garnish it with chocolate syrup.
