Banana Bread on Stick

Treat yourself with pan-fried bananas and you won’t forget them too soon. It’s guaranteed. Additions like flour and eggs add some more texture to the creamy bananas. Flavoring with vanilla and cinnamon will make them truly irresistible. Here’s another reason why you should try this: they’re incredibly easy to make (apart from the 60 minutes needed for refrigeration).

salt
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 egg
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 cup flour
more vegetable oil for frying

Ingredients

Add sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, egg, and vegetable oil. Season with salt and mix until smooth using a hand mixer.

5
Done

Add the flour and mix more until even.

6
Done

Fill a deeper frying pan halfway with vegetable oil and heat it. Coat the frozen bananas with the banana mixture.

7
Done

Deep-fry them until golden brown. Transfer them on paper towels.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it.
