Ingredients Needed for Oat Bread

½ cup oat flakes
¼ cup whole wheat flour
¾ cup warm water
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
½ cup flour
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil

How to Make Oat Bread

  1. Add the oat flakes and whole wheat flour to a bowl and mix them together.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of warm water, mix until even and set aside.
  3. Add the honey, olive oil, and salt to a small bowl. Mix until even. Set aside.
  4. Add the remaining warm water (1/2 cup) to another small bowl. Mix it with the dry yeast. Mix in the sugar, then let it activate for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour it over the oat flake mixture. Mix until even. Add the honey mixture and mix some more.
  6. Add the flour and mix until you have a dough.
  7. Dust the work surface with some flour and shape the dough into a sphere. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, transfer it to a bowl and let it rise for 1 hour.
  8. Again, dust the work surface with flour and flatten the dough lump a little using your fingers. Fit it into a 6 or 7-inch springform pan.
  9. Coat with the remaining vegetable oil, garnish with more oat flakes, then bake for 35 minutes at 400⁰F/190⁰C.

⅓ cup sweet corn
1 cup cornflour
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar

How to Make Appalachian Cornbread

  1. Add the eggs to a bowl and whisk them. Keep adding the milk, a dash of salt, the salsa sauce, and fried onion. Whisk until even.
  2. Add the Cheddar. Whisk it in. Add the sweet corn and do the same. Set aside.
  3. Add the cornflour, flour, baking powder, and sugar to a bowl. Whisk until even.
  4. Add the corn and Cheddar. Mix until even using a spatula.
  5. Line a smaller cake pan (9 x 7-inch) with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture in it and bake for 20 minutes at 400⁰F/195⁰C.

How to Make Carrot and Chickpea Bread Roll Sandwich

  1. Add the carrot, diced onion, chickpeas, oats, garlic, and egg to a blender. Season with salt and pepper and blend.
  2. Add the olive oil and lemon juice and blend more until smooth.
  3. Start shaping rectangular patties from the mixture. We’ve made 4.
  4. Heat 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the patties for 8 minutes on both sides.
  5. Cut the buns in half and assemble the burgers: stack 1 salad leaf, 1 patty, 1-2 tomato slices, avocado, and sliced red onion for each one. Coat the upper half of each bread roll with mustard. Pin down each sandwich with a skewer, if you want.

1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon cardamom
2 teaspoons of orange zest
1 vanilla pod
8 eggs
1 ½ cups of sugar
12 crustless whole wheat bread slices
3 ounces of butter
2 ounces of raisin
2 ounces of pistachio, crumbled
3 oranges, wedged
water
⅔ cup orange jam

How to Make Bread Pudding With Orange, Pistachio and Raisins

  1. Add the milk, heavy cream, cardamom, and orange zest to a pot over low heat. Also, scrape some vanilla from the pod. Bring to a boil while continuously stirring. Set aside.
  2. Add the eggs and sugar to a bowl. Beat them using a hand mixer.
  3. Strain the milk mixture into the egg bowl and set aside. Discard the resulting pulp.
  4. Spread the butter on the bread slices. Place 4 of them into a roomy baking dish and sprinkle with raisins and pistachios. Add orange wedges, too. Stack another 4 slices on top of them and repeat the topping.
  5. Add the remaining 4 slices and pour the egg mixture over them. Sprinkle the remaining raisins and pistachios. Bake for 40 minutes at 320⁰F/160⁰C.

For the batter:

3 bananas, sliced
1½ cups of sugar
2 ounces of butter
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs

How to Make Banana Bread Brownies

For the batter:
  1. Add the bananas to a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Add the sugar and butter to a bowl and start mixing using a hand mixer. Gradually add the sour cream in the process, then mix in the eggs.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, baking soda, and the blended bananas. Mix more, then add the walnuts and flour. Mix until even.
  4. Line a 8 x 7 x 1.5 baking tray with parchment paper and transfer the banana batter to it. Bake for 40 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.

  1. Dust your work surface with flour and flatten the 3 doughs with the rolling pin. They should be equal in size.
  2. Place the one on top of the other, starting with the red one and finishing with the green. Roll and transfer them to a loaf pan.
  3. Score the outer dough and bake for 45 minutes at 380⁰F/190⁰C.

For the dough:

2 cups of flour
salt

¼ cup olive oil
1 egg white
1 cup milk

For the filling:

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 pound frozen spinach, thawed
¾ cup cottage cheese
1 egg
salt
pepper
1 egg yolk, whisked (for coating)

How to Make Spinach and Cheese Bread

For the dough:
  1. Add the ingredients for the dough to the dough mixer bowl. Mix until you have a dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the filling:
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over low heat. Add the spinach, stir in and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl and add the cottage cheese and the egg. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until even and set aside.
  3. Dust the work surface with flour and place the dough on it. Cut it in half using a plastic knife.
  4. Take one half of the dough and flatten it using a rolling pin. Evenly spread 1/2 of the spinach-cheese mixture on it. Roll. Do the same with the other half of the dough and the remaining mixture.
  5. Place the two rolls side by side and braid them together. Carefully transfer to a roomy loaf pan. Coat with whisked yolk and bake for 50 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
