¼ cup flour
salt

12 ounces of cod fillets (2 fillets)
2 whisked eggs
¼ cup breadcrumbs
vegetable oil
⅔ cup cottage cheese
1 medium onion, minced
1 spring onion, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice

How to Make Bread Crumb-Crusted Cod With Dill Cottage Cheese

  1. Season the flour with salt and pepper in a small bowl. Coat each cod fillet with it and then with whisked eggs and bread crumbs.
  2. Fill a frying pan with about 1 cup of vegetable oil and heat it over medium-high heat. Fry the coated fillets on both sides for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Add the cheese, onion, spring onion, dill, and lemon juice to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until even.
