  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook it until it becomes translucent.
  2. Add both bell peppers and cook them for 4-5 minutes, until soften. Add the tomatoes and sliced garlic and stir. Season with cumin seeds, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced chili. You can taste the mixture to see if it needs more seasoning.
  3. Make room for the eggs, and crack them directly into the pan. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the eggs cook for the next 3 minutes.

How to Make Spinach Omelet With Buttered Sweet Corn

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet.
  2. Add the sweet corn and let it soak in the butter for 2 minutes. Remove the sweet corn on an oval-shaped plate.
  3. Squeeze the excess water from the thawed spinach. Put the spinach in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Crush the garlic and add it to the spinach.

  1. You can start with the Bechamel sauce.
  2. Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat and start melting the butter. Add the flour and stir until smooth.
  3. Cook the mixture on medium heat for about 4 minutes, until it has a light, golden color.
  4. Separately, heat the milk in a different pan, until just about to boil. Slowly add the hot milk in the butter mixture, whisking continuously until very smooth.
  5. Cook for 6 more minutes, while stirring, and then remove from the heat. Season the sauce with salt and nutmeg and leave it aside.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.

  1. Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Let it melt. Take the burger bun and slice it through the middle. Place the slices in the skillet and cook them for about 1-2 minutes per side, until crispy.
  2. Bring a saucepan with water to a light simmer over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt and pour the white wine vinegar. Crack 2 eggs directly in the saucepan.   2. Break the eggs and whisk them. Heat another skillet and add them with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  3. Add salami and stir continuously so that the eggs do not stick to the pan. Add spring onion when it is almost ready.
