What’s the secret to perfection, you ask? Just fry the potatoes with a splash of oil so that they come out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Cook the eggs for just a few minutes, so that the yolk is runny; and did we mention throwing in some bacon? It’s a great breakfast surprise!
