Ingredients Needed for Egg, Sausage and Potato Scramble
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 sausages s, sliced
1 ounce butter
2 eggs
2 potatoes, large shreds
½ spring onion
salt
chili flakes
½ cup milk
How to Make Egg, Sausage and Potato Scramble
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and butter. Cook the sausages for 2 minutes.
- Crack the eggs, whisk them and add them into the pan. Reduce the heat and add the potato shreds and carrot. Add the spring onion and put a lid over the skillet.
- Continue cooking the scramble for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and season with salt and chili flakes.
