6 breads slices
7 ounces of chicken breast, boiled
2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce
2 ounces of butter, melted
½ cup mozzarella, shredded

How to Make Chicken Sandwich Bites

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Cut the bread slices through the center using a shaped cutter (we used a flower-shaped one).
  3. Cut the boiled chicken breast into slices, then put it in a bowl. Add the buffalo sauce over it and mix.
  4. Lay a baking tray with parchment paper.
  5. Place on it the shaped bread slices and spread some melted butter on them.
  6. Divide the chicken mixture onto 3 of the bread slices.
  7. Add some mozzarella on each, but keep some for topping too.
  8. Use the remaining bread slices to top the chicken mixture, then add some more mozzarella on top.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes.

1 red onion, julienne sliced

1 cheddar cheese

1 radish, slices

How to Make Caramelized Onion and Beef Patty Sandwich

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and throw the red onion in it.
  2. Stir, then add the butter. Cook until the butter melts and the onion softens.
  3. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt, stir one more minute and transfer the cooked onion to a plate.
  4. Cook the beef patty in the same skillet. Fry it on both sides until brown, for about 4 minutes per side.
  5. After you turn it over, wait about 3 minutes, then add the Cheddar cheese on it. Cover the skillet and wait about 30 seconds, until the cheese melts. Set the cooked patty aside.
  6. Take one toasted bread slice and spread béarnaise sauce on it.
  7. Add the lettuce leaf, some cooked red onion, the beef patty, another layer of cooked onion, radish slices, and broccoli sprouts.
  8. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and top the sandwich with the second toast slice.

½ baguette

How to Make Beef-Stuffed French Bread

  1. Drizzle the meat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1-2 teaspoons of oil in a pan over high heat and add the beef.
  3. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Add the butter and garlic cloves, lower the heat, and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Cut off the half baguette’s end and scoop out the crumb.
  6. Stuff the baguette with the cooked meat and place it into a baking dish.
  7. Add the melted butter to a small bowl or a cup together with the dill and crushed garlic. Shortly mix them.
  8. Coat the stuffed baguette with some of this sauce.
