¼ red bell pepper, chopped
5 mushrooms, sliced

2 eggs
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon mustard
¼ cup milk
3 breads, sliced in large chunks
½ cup mozzarella, shredded

How to Make Turkey and Bread Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook it until it browns. Add the celery, red bell pepper, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the veggies for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the turkey on the bottom of an oven tray. Top it with the cooked veggies.
  4. Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Add the garlic, dried thyme, mustard, and milk. Stir until smooth. Add the bread chunks and soak them into the mixture. Add them in the oven tray, over the veggies. Top with the shredded mozzarella.
  5. Slide the casserole in the oven for the next 25 minutes!

How to Make Spicy Chicken With Veggie Couscous

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Place the chicken breast on a wooden board and season it with olive oil, salt and paprika powder.
  3. Heat a skillet, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and start frying the chicken breast.
  4. Fry for about 5 minutes, until it gets a nice golden color. Add it in a baking tray for the next 25 minutes.
  5. Add hot water in a bowl, then add the couscous, cover the bowl with a plate and let it soak for about 6-8 minutes.
  6. Chop the red bell pepper and the onion and put them on heat for 1 minute. When ready, mix them with couscous.
  7. Slice the chicken breast into 0.4 inch (1 cm) thick slices and serve with couscous side.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Shred the leftover chicken.
  3. Use a large bowl and add the cream cheese, hot sauce, leftover chicken, half of your mozzarella, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix everything into a smooth mixture.
  4. Spread the puff pastry sheet over a wooden board. Split it in halves, and then in quarters. Slice each quarter diagonally into 2 triangles.
  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Use the triangles to make a ring shape. Leave an empty hole in the middle.
  6. You can place a glass or a small bowl as a center to help you create the circle around the rim.

How to Make Creamy Chicken and Veggie Stew

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Heat a saucepan over medium fire and melt the butter. Add flour to thicken it, and pour the chicken stock. Whisk until the mixture becomes thick and dry.
  3. Add the heavy cream and constantly stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Season with salt, pepper and seven spices. Add the chicken, carrots, potato, and peas. Lower the heat and simmer the mixture for about 8-10 minutes. When ready, add the stew in an enamel saucepan.
  4. Crack the egg and whisk it. Use it to brush the top of the saucepan and cover it with the pizza dough. Use a fork and superficially pinch the dough. Once you’ve added it, brush with the remaining egg wash.

For the dough:

1 ½ cups of flour
6 eggs
⅔ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

For the glaze:

2 cups of milk
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

How to Make Cocoa and Coconut Sweet Breads

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Add the flour, sugar, and baking powder into the mixer bowl.
  3. Crack the eggs and over the flour. Set your mixer over medium speed, and mix it for 4-5 minutes, until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Pour the mixture into a round cake tin, approximately 12 inches (30 cm) in diameter.
  5. Slide the tray into the oven and bake it for 40 minutes.
  6. Separately, heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat. Add the sugar and whisk to dissolve it. While on heat, take out some of the milk (around 1/4 cup) and place it in a small bowl. Add the cocoa powder over it and whisk. Drop it in the rest of the milk and whisk. Leave it on heat for 1-2 more minutes.
  7. Remove the cake out of the tin, and slice it into thick dices, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick.
  8. Soak the dough cubes into the cocoa milk, for 1-2 minutes, making sure they are fully covered by it.
  9. When they’re ready, coat them with the multi-colored coconut flakes, according to your preferences.
