Ingredients Needed for Swedish Hash

3 potatoes 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil sea salt 1 onion 7 ounces of diced pork meat 1 teaspoon mustard 2 ounces of parmesan

How to Make Swedish Hash

  1. Peel and dice the potato.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
  3. Fry the potatoes.
  4. Season them with sea salt.
  5. Dice the red onion and add it into the same skillet.
  6. Cook the onion and the potatoes together.
  7. Add the diced pork.
  8. Cook all the ingredients together, until the pork pieces are fried.
  9. Make a sauce by mixing the yolk and the mustard.
  10. Spread the sauce on the cooked pork.
  11. Serve it warm, if you want with some chopped chives on it.
