3.5 ounces of leftover turkey breast, sliced in long strips
1 teaspoon butter
2.5 ounces of red cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoon store-bought mayonnaise
2 burger buns
2 arugulas leaves
1 onion
2 teaspoons of mustard
2 cheddars
pepper

How to Make Turkey Leftover Sandwich

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey leftovers and cook them for 2 minutes until they turn golden. Add the butter in the skillet and melt it. Grab a tablespoon and spread the melted butter over the turkey. Turn off the heat.
  2. Add the red cabbage in a small bowl and mix it with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
  3. Grab the bottom part of the buns and top them with the red cabbage. Add the arugula leaves, turkey meat, and red onion. Add the mustard, Cheddar slices, and season with pepper.
  4. Finally, close the sandwiches with the other bun and serve!

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

How to Make Turkey, Cheddar, and Salami Omelet

  1. Crack the eggs in a large bowl and whisk them. Add the heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and whisk so the cream can be absorbed.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the red onion and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Add the bell pepper, tomatoes, chili, and leftover turkey. Evenly spread all of the ingredients in the skillet. Add the whisked egg and season with salt and pepper.
  3. When the omelet starts to cook, top it with shredded Cheddar and spread the salami slices. You can garnish it with some spring onion and wait for the omelet to finish cooking.

6 cups of water
7 ounces of leftover turkey
salt
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
4 cherry tomatoes
2.5 ounces of red bean
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 ounces of baby spinach

How to Make Turkey, Spinach and Red Bean Soup

  1. Add the water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add the leftover turkey and season with a pinch of salt. Boil it for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Strain the soup in a separate saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Leave the turkey aside for a while. Add the onion in the turkey stock and bring it to a boil. Add garlic, cherry tomatoes, red beans and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the turkey breast and season it with coriander and dried basil. Add baby spinach, then season with salt, pepper, leave it on heat for 4-5 minutes more.
  5. Serve it warm!

How to Make Turkey and Zucchini Tortilla Wrap

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the zucchini sticks and a bit of salt.
  3. Cook them for 2-3 minutes and then add the garlic. Leave it in the pan for 1 minute then remove it. Add the onion, and tomato sauce. Cook until the sauce reduces by half.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the turkey leftovers and cook them for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Heat the tortilla wraps, in a skillet, for around 1 minute, flipping it over once.
  7. Place the tortilla wraps on your working surface. Top each tortilla with 1 lettuce leaf, half of the turkey and half of the zucchini mixture.
  8. Serve the tortilla with 1 tablespoon of yogurt on top.

2 turkey thighs, cooked
1 onion, cooked
1 orange
2 potatoes, cooked
5 mushrooms, cooked
1 green bell pepper, cooked
1 tomato

½ cup white wine
½ cup chicken stock
nutmeg
3 garlic cloves
2 lemons

How to Make Turkey Thighs With Veggies and White Wine Sauce

  1. The onion, potatoes, mushrooms, and bell peppers have already been cooked inside the turkey. Place them on a wooden board and thinly slice them.
  2. Dice the tomato and cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the tomato and the cherry tomatoes. Season them with salt, pepper and cook them for 1-2 minutes. After that, add the cooked veggies.
  4. Reduce the heat and pour the white wine. Let it reduce by half.
  5. Add the turkey thighs in the pan, pour the chicken stock and shred a small amount of nutmeg. Add garlic cloves and lemon slices and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Half a minute before its ready, add a touch of parsley.

5 eggs

½ cup grated parmesan

¼ cup heavy cream

How to Make Bread Frittata

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Melt the butter in a cast-iron skillet.
  3. Add the bread cubes in the skillet and toast them, stirring often.
  4. Crack the eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper, the grated parmesan, smoked ham, and heavy cream.
  5. Whisk all the ingredients together.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of mixed seeds in the skillet, then pour the egg mixture over the seeds and the bread.
  7. Add some red bell pepper slices.
  8. Transfer the cast-iron skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, take another skillet and add the remaining mixed seeds and the pine nuts in it. Stir and roast them.

2 prosciutto strips

How to Make Roast Turkey and Prosciutto Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 380°F/190°C.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the pizza dough in the middle.
  3. Mix the tomato sauce with olive oil, salt, and dried basil. Spread the sauce over the pizza. Evenly spread the turkey meat, red onion, spinach leaves, and mozzarella.
  4. Slide the pizza in the oven for the next 25 minutes.
  5. After taking it out of the oven, top it with prosciutto slices, a few more fresh basil leaves and serve it!
