  1. Cut the potatoes into fries, with their skin on.
  2. Chop the parsley. Keep 1 tablespoon of parsley for later.
  3. Mix the parsley with breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup of parmesan.
  4. Add some salt and pepper.
  5. Mix them all.
  6. Make some egg wash by whisking the eggs with the milk.
  7. Coat each potato stick, successively, with flour, egg wash, and parsley and breadcrumbs mixture.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
  9. Deep fry the potatoes.

2 garlic cloves, slices

1 ½ cups of tomato sauce

For the bechamel sauce:

1.75 ounces of butter
1.75 ounces of flour
1 ½ cups of milk

How to Make Crepe Lasagna

  1. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet.
  2. Add the red onion, mix and cook until it softens.
  3. Add the shredded carrot and stir.
  4. Add the garlic slices and cook until all the veggies soften.
  5. Add the minced meat, salt, and pepper, stir and cook together until the meat is browned and cooked through.
  6. Add 1 cup (255 grams) of tomato sauce and 5-6 fresh rosemary leaves. If needed, add the remaining tomato sauce. Simmer about 5 more minutes. Set aside.
  7. Make the bechamel sauce:
  8. Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat and start melting the butter. Slowly pour it into the flour while stirring.

  11. Season with pepper, salt, and nutmeg.
  12. When the sauce has a thick and smooth consistency, you can turn off the heat.
  13. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  14. Grease with butter an 8-inch (20 cm) diameter baking pan.
  15. Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal quantities.
  16. Lay on the bottom of the pan one crepe.
  17. Add a layer of meat mixture, then pour bechamel sauce over it.
  18. Continue 3 more layers of crepes, meat mixture, and bechamel sauce.
  19. Top the dish with shredded mozzarella.
  20. Bake for 40 minutes.

How to Make Cheese Maznik Pie

  1. Preheat the oven to 380°F/190°C.
  2. Melt 2 ounces (55 grams) of butter.
  3. Place the flour in a large bowl. Add a pinch of salt and the baking powder. Pour the olive oil and water, while gently stirring the flour.
  4. Spread flour on your working surface (it’s preferably to use a tablecloth – you’ll need it later for wrapping the dough). Begin kneading the dough adding a little more flour as it becomes sticky. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth, elastic and firm.
  5. Shape the dough into a 4 inches (10 cm) roll and then cut it into 6 balls. Level them with a rolling pin until thin.
  6. Grab a knob of butter in the tip of your fingers and spread it over each round of dough. When you’re done, place them in stacks of 2, with butter on the sides so you can stick them together.
  7. Grab each stack and widen until it is almost transparent.
  8. Evenly spread 1 tablespoon of melted butter and around 3.5 ounces (100 grams) of shredded cheese on the surface of the dough.
  9. Lift the edges of the tablecloth closest to you and allow the pastry to roll.
  10. Grab one of the ends and make a swirl with it. Add the swirl in a baking tray.
  11. Continue with the remaining ingredients, until you have used the other 2 stacks of dough and the filling ingredients. Add the second and the third swirl in the baking tray, trying to shape one big swirl pie.
  12. Bake the pie for the next 25 minutes.

  3. Add the eggs in a large bowl. Pour the heavy cream over them and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth and refrigerate it.
  4. Grease a round tart tin, approximately 12 inches (30 cm) in diameter, with butter.
  5. Preheat the oven to 340°F/170°C.
  6. Dust flour on your working surface. Grab the dough and level it with a rolling pin. Level it until you obtain the same diameter as your tart tin.
