2 sausages
1 hot dog bun
1 ounce mozzarella

How to Make Double Sausage Hot Dog

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Slice a sausage.
  3. Heat a skillet without using vegetable oil.
  4. Fry the sliced sausage and the unsliced one.
  5. Cut straight on the top the hot dog bun, but not to bottom.
  6. Open the bun and put the unsliced sausage in it.
  7. Slice the mozzarella and add it over the sausage.
  8. Top it with the sausage slices.
  9. Bake for 10 minutes.
