1 tablespoon butter 1 red onion 1 tablespoon white sugar 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar 12 ounces of minced meat salt pepper 5 ounces of gorgonzola cheese 4 burger buns 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil 4 tomatoes slices 20 baby spinaches ketchup

How to Make Gorgonzola Burger

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter.
  2. Cut the onion in halves and then slice them horizontally.
  3. Fry the onion slices in butter.
  4. Add the sugar.
  5. Add the balsamic vinegar.
  6. Cook the onion until it caramelizes and softens.
  7. In a medium bowl, put the minced meat and the yolk.
  8. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
  9. Mix the meat and the yolk with a fork.
  10. Mix with a fork the gorgonzola cheese in a separate bowl.
  11. Make a patty by using a round form or with your hands.
  12. In the middle of the patty, put a teaspoon of gorgonzola.
  13. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the patty both sides.
  14. Slice horizontally a burger bun.
  15. Place the patty on the first slice.
  16. Add some caramelized onion, a slice of tomato, and 5 leaves of baby spinach.
  17. Top it with the other slice of the burger bun.
  18. Make 3 more burgers.
  19. Serve them immediately!
