  1. Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the bacon.
  3. In a medium bowl, put the heavy cream,½ cup of Cheddar cheese, the mozzarella, the bacon, and the spring onion slices.

How to Make Yogurt-Marinated Lamb and Onion Stew

  1. Put the lamb loin cubes in a bowl.
  2. Add the yogurt, garam masala, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix.
  3. Put the diced onion in a bowl, along with ginger, garlic, sugar, cumin, white peppercorns, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the olive oil and give the mixture a good stir.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and add the onion mixture.
  5. Cook stirring often until the onion softens and turns golden.
