How to Make Dairy-Free Pancakes

  2. Set up your mixer and mix until small bubbles appear on the surface.
  3. Start adding the flour 1 tablespoon at a time, while still mixing. Mix until the wet and dry ingredients combine.
  4. Next, heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Pour around a ladle of the mixture in the skillet, depending on how large and thick you want your pancakes.
  6. Cook them thoroughly for 1-2 minutes per side.
  7. Pour a small drizzle of honey when serving them!

How to Make Bacon Wrapped Roast Turkey With Fruits and Rice Stuffing

  • Stewing the apple and the rice:
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, then add the apple, dried cranberries, and rice.
  • Cook and stir until the apple dices start changing color.
  • Add 1 – 1½ cups of vegetable stock.
  • Add the fresh basil and rosemary, stir everything and bring to a boil.
  • Keep simmering over medium heat while seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the remaining vegetable stock.
  • Cook and stir until reduced.
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F / 165 degrees C.
  • The butter-parsley mix:
  • Add the butter, garlic, and the parsley to a small bowl. Mix until even.
  • Stuffing and cooking the turkey:
  • Stuff the turkey with the rice and apple mixture and truss its legs.
  • Coat with the butter-parsley mix and then cover it entirely in bacon slices.
  • Place the turkey on a baking tray inside an oven bag. Also make room inside the bag for the carrots, onion, and celery. Seal the bag.
  • Roast the stuffed turkey for 5 hours.

How to Make Whole Baked Sea Bream With Caper Sauce

  1. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F/190 degrees C.
  2. Wash the fish inside and out under cold running water, then gently pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Slice the apple and half of the lemon.
  4. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  5. Place a 3-4 apple slices in the center of the foil. Place the sea bream on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice from the remaining half lemon over the bream.
  7. Stuff the fish with 2-3 lemon slices.
  8. Cover it with the remaining apple slices. Sprinkle the crushed walnuts on the fish.
  9. Drizzle with olive oil.
  10. Fold the foil and cover the fish entirely.
  11. Bake for 25 minutes.
  12. To make the caper sauce: heat a skillet and melt the butter. Add the capers and the heavy cream.
  13. Squeeze some more lemon juice and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Cook the mixture until you get a smooth and thick sauce.
  14. When the fish is ready, remove it from the oven. Let it sit 5 minutes, than serve it with the caper sauce.

How to Make Pork Fillet With Creamy Cauliflower

  1. Lay the pork fillets on your workplace. Score them with a sharp knife to create a crosswise pattern.
  2. Season the meat with herb salt and pepper on both sides, then drizzle olive oil on both sides. Rub this seasoning into the meat.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and lay in it the pork fillets.
  4. Add the apple slices.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on both the meat and apple slices.
  6. Cook the meat for 8 to 10 minutes (depending on the pork fillets thickness), turning every minute or two until colored on both sides. Remove the apple slices from the skillet after 2-3 minutes. Set aside the meat and the apple.
  7. Meanwhile, melt the butter in another skillet and add the cauliflower florets. Stir, season with herb salt, add the garlic and cumin seeds.
  8. Cook the cauliflower until its edges begin to turn brown. Then, add 1/2 cup (85 ml) of water and simmer.
  9. After a few minutes, add heavy cream. Mix and cook until the cauliflower softens.
  10. Serve the pork fillet with the creamy cauliflower. For extra taste, add Cheddar cheese on the cauliflower.

  3. Add the flour in a skillet and bake it for about 5 minutes.
  4. Melt the butter in another skillet and add the pineapple, apple, banana, and onion. Flavor the dish with curry powder and coconut flakes.
  5. Add the baked flour and slowly mix it in the pan. Pour the orange juice and heavy cream and bring it to a boil. Strain the mixture to remove all the fruits. Pour the remaining mixture into a saucepan.
  6. Add the turkey chunks into the thick curry sauce and stir well. Serve the turkey curry with some coriander on top.
