Pina Colada Dip

This pina colada dip combines pineapple with coconut milk and a pinch of rum, to make a refreshing dessert. Pair the dip with fruit like strawberries, apples, bananas and kiwi or serve it with cookies, biscuits or crackers!

Ingredients Needed for Pina Colada Dip

6 pineapples slices, canned
⅓ cup sugar
3 tablespoons of rum
½ cup coconut milk

How to Cook Pina Colada Dip

  1. Add the pineapple slices in the blender.
  2. Add the sugar, rum, and coconut milk.
  3. Blend everything until smooth and serve.
