How to Make M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. First, heat a saucepan over medium heat and fill it halfway with water. Bring it to a boil and place a heatproof bowl on top.
  2. Add the dark chocolate chips and butter. Slowly stir until they start melting. Leave it on heat until everything melts into a smooth glaze.
  3. Set up your food processor and add the eggs and sugar. Mix them for 1-2 minutes and add the rye flour. Mix until smooth and pour the melted chocolate. Mix for 1 more minute.
  4. Grab the M&M pack and crush them. Mix the crushed M&M’s in the chocolate mixture.
  5. Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F/170 degrees C.
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Use an ice cream scoop to shape the chocolate mixture into cookies and lay them on the tray. Crush the remaining M&M’s and use them to top the cookies.
  7. Slide the tray into the oven for the next 25 minutes.

For the dough:

1 pound flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
3 ounces of butter
¼ cup of sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pound frozen cherries
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 egg white
1 egg

How to Make Heart-Shaped Cherry Cookies

  1. Add the flour in a large bowl.
    Add the baking powder, salt, and butter. Start mixing using the tip of your fingers until butter is absorbed and the dough has the aspect of crumbles.
  2. Add the sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until you obtain a smooth, firm, and elastic dough. Refrigerate it for the next 30 minutes.
  3. For the cherry jam, heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add the frozen cherries, water, lemon juice, and sugar. Mix and bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch with water in a small bowl. Stir, and keep it on heat until it thickens.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
  5. Dust your working space with flour, take out the dough, and divide it into 4 equal parts.
  6. Grab one of the quarters and level it with a rolling pin. Using a 2 inches (5 cm) heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out 6 hearts from the dough. Using a 1 inch (2.5 cm) heart-shaped cooking cutter, cut out a small heart-shaped opening in the middle of one of the pie crust hearts. This piece will be the top crust. For the cookie base:

1 cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 tablespoons of coconut cream

For the chocolate filling:

½ cup coconut oil
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
½ cup coconut flakes
5 ounces of melted sugar free chocolate

How to Make Chocolate Heart Cookies

  1. Add the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, and coconut cream to the mixer bowl. Mix them together.
  2. Add this mixture to a larger bowl and knead it and form it into a ball. Coat it with some cocoa powder.
  3. Cut the flour-cocoa ball in two and wrap each half in plastic wrap. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  4. For the chocolate filling: add the coconut oil, cocoa powder, and maple syrup to a bowl and mix them. Add the coconut flakes and continue to mix until you incorporate all the ingredients.
  5. Remove the two, refrigerated flour-cocoa balls from the plastic wrap and flatten them using a rolling pin.
  6. Make around 16 hearts using a heart-shaped cake form cutter. Make 8 heart-shaped cookies by pressing between two cookie hearts a teaspoon of chocolate mixture. Press the margins around each cookie using o fork.
  7. Lay a baking tray with parchment paper and place on it the cookies. Bake them for 13 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
  8. Place the baked cookies on a grill. Add a tray under the grill to catch the melted chocolate. Coat the cookies with melted chocolate. Refrigerate the cookies for 10 to 20 minutes until the chocolate is set and serve them with fresh raspberries.

How to Make Rose Water Cookies

  1. Add the flour and butter to a bowl and mix them using your hands.
  2. Add the egg yolks, rose water, vanilla extract, and half of the sugar. Mix them using a spatula. Add the rest of the sugar and mix a little more using your hands.
  3. Add half of this dough to another bowl and add 2-3 drops of liquid red food coloring. Mix well until the dough has a uniform color.
  4. Spread some flour on the workspace, knead the red colored dough a little and form it into a ball. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Do the same with the other half of dough.
  6. Flatten the red dough using a rolling pin and make 6 hearts using a heart-shaped cake form cutter.
  7. Flatten the normal dough and make 6 round shapes using a slightly bigger round cake form cutter.
  8. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the round cookies on it. Cut out each one’s center using the heart-shaped cake form cutter. Insert in the empty space the red colored dough hearts.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.

  3. Add 3/4 of the pecans and incorporate them into the dough.
