How to Make Chicken Breast With Baby Carrots and Apple

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a cast-iron skillet to a medium high temperature.
  2. Cut the chicken breast in pieces and add them to the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the chicken until it turns a golden color.
