  1. Put the Oreo cookies in a blender and turn them into crumbs.
  2. Mix the crumbs in a bowl with the melted butter.
  3. Mix the chocolate and the cream cheese in another bowl.
  4. In a glass bakeware pan, arrange a layer of Oreo crumbs and butter mix.
  5. On top of it, put a layer of chocolate and cream cheese mix.
  6. Then come again with a layer of simple cream cheese.

3-4 ounces of pumpkin puree
3-4 ounces of cream cheese
10 bread slices, crustless
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup of sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon

How to Make Fried Pumpkin Cheesecake Fingers

  1. Add the pumpkin puree and cream cheese in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Place the crustless bread slices on a wooden board and level them with a rolling pin.
  3. Spread the cream cheese and pumpkin mixture over each bread slice. Roll each bread slice starting from one of the ends towards the opposite end. Do it carefully so you don’t lose any of the filling.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the butter in it and melt it.
  5. Add the cheesecake fingers and cook them until golden and crispy.
  6. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small plate or bowl.
  7. Coat the fingers with the sugar mix. Serve them with caramel topping!

  1. For the first jar:

  4. Add half of the Oreo quantity over the first layer of mascarpone.
  5. Put one more mascarpone layer (2 tablespoons), then an Oreo layer, and the last layer of mascarpone (2 tablespoons).
  6. Add forest fruits topping.
  7. For the second jar:
  8. Put 2 tablespoons of mascarpone on the bottom of a glass jar.
  9. Sprinkle some M&M’s.
  10. Add one more mascarpone layer (2 tablespoons) and some more M&M’s.

How to Make Oreo Cheesecake

  1. Put the Oreo biscuits in a blender. Set aside 2 biscuits, you will need them later.
  2. Add the butter.
  3. Blend them together.
  4. Put the mixture in a ceramic dish and press it to the bottom using a spoon.
  5. Put in a bowl the cream cheese and the white chocolate and mix.
  6. Crumble the remaining biscuits and combine it with the chocolate and cheese mixture.
  7. Spread the cheese and chocolate filling on the Oreo crust.
  8. If you want, add some Oreo and M&M crumbs.

Ingredients Needed for Jam-Topped Mini Cheesecakes

10 biscuits
12 amarettis biscuits
4 ounces of butter
⅔ cup cream cheese
2 eggs
⅔ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup quince jam
¼ cup strawberry jam
2 ounces of redcurrant
1 kiwi

How to Make Jam-Topped Mini Cheesecakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Finely crumble the Oreo and the Amaretti biscuits. Put the crumble mixtures into separate bowls.
  3. Melt the butter. Pour the melted butter into the two bowls with crumbles. Add as much butter as you need to mix the crumbles until they gets a dough consistency.
  4. In a separate bowl, put the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix them together.
  5. Use a 12-cup muffin pan and put in it 12 paper baking cups.
  6. In 6 paper baking cups, put the Oreo crumble, in the other 6 put the Amaretti crumble. Press the crumble on the bottom of the cups.
  7. Fill all the cups with cream cheese mixture.
  8. Bake them for 25 minutes.
  9. Let them cool and remove the paper baking cups.
  10. Peel and dice the kiwi.
  11. Top one-half of the mini cheesecakes with quince jam and red currants.
  12. Top the other half with strawberry jam and dices of kiwi.
  13. Enjoy!
