Cheesecake in a Jar

You’re at the office and you’re hungry? We know the feeling! You can eat something good for lunch, but to us, the meal isn’t complete without dessert! Make at home a cheesecake in a glass jar, take it to work, and keep it in the refrigerator until noon.

Ingredients Needed for Cheesecake in a Jar

8 ounces of mascarpone
4 biscuits
forest fruits topping
4 tablespoons of m&m
2 tablespoons of whipped cream
1 tablespoon strawberry mousse
chocolate topping

How to Cook Cheesecake in a Jar

  1. For the first jar:
  2. Put 2 tablespoons of mascarpone on the bottom of a glass jar.
  3. Crumble the Oreo biscuits.
  4. Add half of the Oreo quantity over the first layer of mascarpone.
  5. Put one more mascarpone layer (2 tablespoons), then an Oreo layer, and the last layer of mascarpone (2 tablespoons).
  6. Add forest fruits topping.
  7. For the second jar:
  8. Put 2 tablespoons of mascarpone on the bottom of a glass jar.
  9. Sprinkle some M&M’s.
  10. Add one more mascarpone layer (2 tablespoons) and some more M&M’s.
  11. Add a whipped cream layer and top with M&M’s, strawberry mousse, and chocolate topping.
