How to Make Grilled Halloumi With Feta Sauce and Vegetable Salad

  1. For the feta sauce:

    Add the Greek yogurt, feta cheese, dried oregano, basil, mint, and the olive oil to a blender.

  2. Season with pepper, blend until smooth and set aside.
  3. Grilling the halloumi:
    Drizzle the oil on the grill surface and place the halloumi cheese on it.

  1. Add the tablespoon of olive oil, seven spice, balsamic vinegar, salt, bay leaves, the leaves from one rosemary sprig, and the mushrooms to a zip bag. Lock the bag, shake it, then marinate the mushrooms for 30 minutes.

1 small red onion, quartered

How to Make Grilled Sea Bream With Veggies

  1. Add the mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil to a smaller bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Set aside.
  2. Drizzle vegetable oil on the grill, place the bream, zucchini, and onion in there, coat all with mustard-lemon juice sauce, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 15 minutes.
