Ingredients Needed for Spiced-Up Grilled Sea Bream

1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon turmeric
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 sea bream
¼ cup yogurt
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt

How to Make Spiced-Up Grilled Sea Bream

  1. Add the fennel seeds, ginger powder, garlic powder, turmeric, and chili powder to a bowl. Stir to combine all the spices.
  2. Use this mixture to coat the sea bream on all sides, including the inside. Keep 1 tablespoon of the spice mixture aside.
  3. Add the yogurt to a bowl, then add the spice mixture. Stir, then use this mixture to coat completely the sea bream on the outside.
  4. Heat your grilling machine, grease it with olive oil, then place the sea bream on it. Grill the fish for 7 minutes on the first side, flip it over, and grill for 7 more minutes.
