1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon turmeric
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 sea bream
¼ cup yogurt
1 teaspoon olive oil
How to Make Spiced-Up Grilled Sea Bream
- Add the fennel seeds, ginger powder, garlic powder, turmeric, and chili powder to a bowl. Stir to combine all the spices.
- Use this mixture to coat the sea bream on all sides, including the inside. Keep 1 tablespoon of the spice mixture aside.
- Add the yogurt to a bowl, then add the spice mixture. Stir, then use this mixture to coat completely the sea bream on the outside.
- Heat your grilling machine, grease it with olive oil, then place the sea bream on it. Grill the fish for 7 minutes on the first side, flip it over, and grill for 7 more minutes.
