Ingredients

For the dressing:
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
pepper
For the fish:
vegetable oil for grilling
1 sea bream (1 pound)
¼ zucchini sliced
1 small red onion , quartered
salt
pepper

Grilling is easy and so is this fish and veggie combo. The secret to not overcooking the fish is the salt, but the secret to enhancing the taste of fish lays in the sauce we coat it in. So, in the grilling process, take care to season generously with salt and to coat with our mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice sauce.

Add the mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil to a smaller bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Set aside.

Drizzle vegetable oil on the grill, place the bream, zucchini, and onion in there, coat all with mustard-lemon juice sauce, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 15 minutes.

Brush the fish and the veggies, again, with the sauce, turn them over, coat with sauce a third time, and grill for 15 minutes more.

Serve the fish and veggies garnished with lemon wedges and chopped fresh parsley.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it. However, in time I kind of built on this habit and, slowly but surely, I began to turn toward the Mediterranean cuisine and, occasionally, even the Mediterranean diet. I am a curious and inquisitive person. So, pretty soon, I started trying to recreate what I’ve tasted or seen.
