So, in the grilling process, take care to season generously with salt and to coat with our mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice sauce.

Ingredients Needed for Grilled Sea Bream With Veggies


For the dressing:

1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
pepper

For the fish:

vegetable oil for grilling
1 sea bream (1 pound)
¼ zucchini sliced
1 small red onion, quartered
salt
pepper

How to Make Grilled Sea Bream With Veggies

  1. Add the mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil to a smaller bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Set aside.
  2. Drizzle vegetable oil on the grill, place the bream, zucchini, and onion in there, coat all with mustard-lemon juice sauce, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 15 minutes.
  3. Brush the fish and the veggies, again, with the sauce, turn them over, coat with sauce a third time, and grill for 15 minutes more.
  4. Serve the fish and veggies garnished with lemon wedges and chopped fresh parsley.
