Ingredients Needed for Grilled Sea Bream With Veggies
For the dressing:
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil

vegetable oil for grilling
1 sea bream (1 pound)
¼ zucchini sliced
1 small red onion, quartered

How to Make Grilled Sea Bream With Veggies
- Add the mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil to a smaller bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Set aside.
- Drizzle vegetable oil on the grill, place the bream, zucchini, and onion in there, coat all with mustard-lemon juice sauce, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 15 minutes.
- Brush the fish and the veggies, again, with the sauce, turn them over, coat with sauce a third time, and grill for 15 minutes more.
- Serve the fish and veggies garnished with lemon wedges and chopped fresh parsley.
