Ingredients Needed for Fusilli and Meatballs


For the pasta:

water
salt
5 ounces of fusilli

For the meatballs:

8 ounces of ground beef
4 ounces of italian sausage meat
2 ounces of breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon hummus
2 teaspoons of dried parsley
salt
pepper
4 tablespoons of white sesame seeds for coating
vegetable oil

For the plating:

2 ounces of cherry tomatoes, halved (for serving)
2 tablespoons of parmesan, grated (for serving)

How to Make Fusilli and Meatballs

  1. For the pasta:

    Fill a medium cooking pot halfway with water, salt it, and bring it to a boil over medium heat.

  2. Add the pasta and boil for 15 minutes. Set aside.
  3. For the meatballs:

    Add the ingredients for the beef mixture to a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix using your hands. Mix until even.

  4. Start forming meatballs. We’ve got 12 of them.
  5. Add the sesame seeds to a bowl. Coat the meatballs with sesame seeds.
  6. Fill a pan with 1/3 vegetable oil and heat it over medium heat. Deep-fry the meatballs for 8 – 10 minutes. Transfer them on a paper towel-lined plate.
  7. Serve the meatballs and fusilli together with halved cherry tomatoes and topped with grated parmesan.

5 ounces of whole wheat penne
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3.5 ounces of chorizo, sliced
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 red chili, sliced

How to Make Chorizo and Cherry Tomato Penne

  1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat, and fill it halfway with water. Add the whole wheat pasta and cook them according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Next, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook it until softened.
  3. Add the chorizo, garlic, chili, and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and give it a good stir. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta and add them to the skillet along with the pecans.
  5. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.

1 cup vegetable stock

How to Make White Beans in Tomato Sauce

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook it until softened.
  2. Add the carrot and cook it for about 3 minutes, then add the canned white beans. Also, add the tomato paste. Stir.
  3. Pour the vegetable stock and season with salt, pepper, and dried parsley.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer everything for the next 20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with some fresh parsley on top.

¼ cup red wine

For the herbed butter:

2 ounces of butter
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon basil, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
4 hot dog buns
1 cup mozzarella, shredded

How to Make Minced Meat and Herbed Butter Boats

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausage meat and cook it until it starts to brown.
  3. Pour the tomato sauce and red wine. Stir, add the salt and parsley. Cook the meat for 2-3 more minutes.
  4. Next, grab a small bowl and add the butter to it. Add the garlic, parsley, and basil. Mix with a spatula.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  6. Horizontally cut the top side of the buns and remove its crumb.
  7. Evenly spread the herbed butter over the bread.
  8. Fill it with minced meat and top with shredded mozzarella. Use the remaining ingredients to make 3 more boats.
  9. Place the boats in a baking tray.
  10. Slide the tray into the oven for the next 10 minutes.

How to Make Chorizo Bean Burgers

  1. Add the chorizo and salami in a large blender. Add the paprika, coriander, lime juice and blend them until smooth. Add the canned red beans, white beans, salt, and pepper. Blend again.
  2. Mix the mixture with 1 egg and use a patty press to shape the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties until evenly browned on both sides.
  4. Next, assemble the burgers. Top the bottom side of the burger with arugula, the chorizo patty, avocado, and close it with the top side of the bun.

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
8 ounces of sausage meat
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup canned tomatoes
7 ounces of mozzarella, sliced
¼ cup low moisture mozzarella, shredded
7 ounces of pizza dough

How to Make Meat Pizza Bowls

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic, onion, and cook until translucent. Add the sausage meat and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and sugar. Cook it until browned and add the canned tomatoes. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  4. Dust your working space with flour. Grab your pizza dough and level it with a rolling pin until thin.
  5. Grab a round baking dish, around 8 inches (20 cm) diameter. Cover its bottom with the mozzarella slices.
  6. Top it with half of the shredded mozzarella. Add the meat, spread it evenly, and level it. Add the remaining mozzarella on top.
  7. Cover the dish with the dough. Let it cover the sides of the dish also, and remove the excess. Pinch the top of the dish with a fork.
  8. Add the dish into the oven for the next 20 minutes.
