Ingredients Needed for Tofu Souffle
1 teaspoon olive oil
8 ounces of tofu, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
1 tablespoon low-fat yogurt
How to Make Tofu Souffle
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the diced tofu. Season with 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Stir-fry until golden brown.
- Add the eggs and low-fat yogurt to a bowl and season with the remaining sea salt and pepper. Whisk until even.
- Transfer to a soup cup, adding the fried tofu in the process. Bake for 25 minutes at 350⁰F/175⁰C.
