Pear Muffins

Care for some sweet snacks? Muffins are relatively easy to make and your imagination, as usual, is the only limit. The base is all flour, eggs, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, sugar, and lemon zest. Then pour the cream into forms, top with pear cubes and bake.

Ingredients Needed for Pear Muffins

⅔ cup flour
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of sugar
lemon zest
2 pears
brown sugar
powdered sugar

How to Cook Pear Muffins

  1. Add the flour, eggs, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, sugar, and lemon zest to the mixer bowl. Mix them until you have a smooth cream.
  2. Peel one pear and cube it after removing the seeds.
  3. Pour the cream into 6 muffin cups and add the pear cubes on top. Sprinkle brown sugar and bake for 35 minutes at 380⁰F/190⁰C.
  4. Serve the muffins sprinkled with powdered sugar, together with pear slices.
