Ingredients Needed for Pear Muffins
⅔ cup flour
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of sugar
lemon zest
2 pears
brown sugar
powdered sugar
How to Cook Pear Muffins
- Add the flour, eggs, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, sugar, and lemon zest to the mixer bowl. Mix them until you have a smooth cream.
- Peel one pear and cube it after removing the seeds.
- Pour the cream into 6 muffin cups and add the pear cubes on top. Sprinkle brown sugar and bake for 35 minutes at 380⁰F/190⁰C.
- Serve the muffins sprinkled with powdered sugar, together with pear slices.
