    6 ounces of salad mix
    ½ red bell pepper, slices
    0.5 green bell pepper, slices
    ½ carrot, thinly sliced
    1 red onion, julienne sliced
    6 mushrooms, sliced
    2 tablespoons of lime juice
    1 tablespoon olive oil

How to Make Easy-to-Make Mushroom and Veggie Salad
