Do you like carrot cake? Silly question…everybody likes carrot cake! Then you’re sure to fall in love with some carrot pancakes with layers of cream cheese. You get almost the same experience, but with half the hassle.

Ingredients Needed for Carrot Pancakes With Cream Cheese

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
¼ cup white sugar
4 eggs
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 carrots
½ cup cream cheese

How to Cook Carrot Pancakes With Cream Cheese

  1. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl, except the carrots and the cream cheese.
  2. Make a batter using a hand mixer.
  3. Finely grate the carrots and mix them into the pancake batter.
  4. Grease a skillet and heat it.
  5. Use a ladle to pour batter into the skillet.
  6. Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side.
  7. Make about 12-15 pancakes.
  8. Serve them with cream cheese.
  9. Tips: add a bit of maple syrup or honey, if you want a sweeter taste!
