2 bananas
4 eggs
30 raspberries
3 ounces of whipped cream

How to Make Banana and Raspberry Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 330 degrees F/165 degrees C.
  2. Cut the bananas in small pieces and mash them with a fork.
  3. Add the eggs and mix them in the banana mash.
  4. Grease a 9-form muffin pan.
  5. Put a few raspberries in each muffin hole and pour the batter.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Let the muffins cool.
  8. Top each muffin with whipped cream and one raspberry before serving.
