Apple, Goji and Mango Salad with Hot Citrus Dressing

Ingredients

For the fruit salad:
2 apples, shredded
2 ounces of goji berries
1 large carrot, shredded
½ small celery root, shredded
1 medium mango, diced
For the dressing:
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger, shredded
roasted almond flake for garnishing

For the fruit salad: Add the apples, goji, carrot, celery, and mango to a bowl. Mix them using a spatula. Set aside.
