2 kiwis
1 tablespoon cream cheese
¼ cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons of maple syrup
6 oreo biscuits
1 tablespoon melted butter

How to Make Oreo and Kiwifruit Dessert

  1. Peel and slice the kiwifruit into cubes and add them to a blender. Blend them.
  2. Add the kiwi mash to a bowl, together with the cream cheese and mix them using a spatula. Add the powdered sugar and maple syrup and mix again.
  3. Break the Oreos open and add the filling to the kiwi mixture. Mix them, then set aside.
  4. Put the actual cookies into a plastic bag and crush them. Then add them to a smaller bowl together with the melted butter. Mix them a little.
  5. Layer the cookie mixture and the kiwifruit mash into a highball glass by first adding half of the crushed cookies, then the kiwi mash and, finally, the rest of the cookie mix.
  6. Serve garnished with a sprig of mint.

8 ounces of salmon fillet

How to Make Salmon Glazed With Maple Syrup and Mustard

  1. Add the mustard, garlic powder, salt & pepper, and maple syrup in a smaller bowl and mix them using a teaspoon.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat.
  3. Cook the salmon on both sides, taking care to also coat it with the mustard mixture with a kitchen brush. Cook it until golden brown or for 8-9 minutes in total.
  4. Serve the fillets garnished with salad and a lemon slice.

Ingredients Needed for Raspberry and White Chocolate Tart


For the dough:

3 cups of flour
4 ounces of butter
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons of milk
1 egg

For the final mixture and base:

1 tablespoon cardamom
1 egg
3 tablespoons of sugar
⅔ cup heavy cream
7 ounces of white chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons of milk
1 ounce butter
2 tablespoons of frozen raspberry

How to Make Raspberry and White Chocolate Tart

  1. For the dough:
    Add the flour and butter to a bowl. Mix using your hands. Add the powdered sugar, heavy cream, milk, and egg. Mix and knead until you have a dough. Also, add a little more flour in the process if needed. Set it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. For the filling:
    Add the cardamom to a grinding mortar and grind.
  3. Add the egg and sugar to a bowl and mix them.
  4. Heat the heavy cream in a skillet over low heat. When it starts boiling add the ground cardamom and stir.
  5. Add the white chocolate, stir and cook until it melts. Add the egg-sugar mixture and the milk. Cook and stir a few minutes more.
  6. Spread flour on the work surface and flatten the dough using a rolling pin.
  7. Coat a cake form with butter, place the dough inside and poke holes with a fork. Cover with a parchment paper sheet and fill with beans or something equivalent and spread them evenly to keep the paper pressed against the dough in the cake form. Bake for 15 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
  8. Remove the beans and parchment paper. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the dough and bake for 30 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
  9. Add the raspberries to the mortar and crush them. Spread this evenly on top of the white chocolate mixture and refrigerate overnight.

1 zucchini, julienne
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 carrot, julienned
1 red bell pepper julienned
1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the beef:

16 ounces of beef tenderloin sliced into 6
½ tablespoon vegetable oil
1 ounce butter
salt

How to Make Veggie and Steak Rolls

  1. For the veggies:
    Add the vegetable oil to a saucepan over low heat and melt the butter. Add the zucchini, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, carrot, red and yellow bell pepper, and herb seasoning, too, stirring in the process. Cook and stir for 5-10 minutes. Set aside.
  2. For the beef:
    Wrap 4-5 pieces of julienned veggies in a slice of beef. Repeat with all slices.
  3. Add the vegetable oil to a skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter in it.
  4. Add the beef-veggie rolls and sprinkle some salt. Cook them on all sides until golden brown.
  5. Serve the veggie and beef rolls on a bed of lettuce, garnished with lemon and lime wedges.
