Ingredients Needed for Salmon Glazed With Maple Syrup and Mustard

2 teaspoons of dijon mustard
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 ounce butter
8 ounces of salmon fillet
salad for serving
1 lemon slice

How to Make Salmon Glazed With Maple Syrup and Mustard

  1. Add the mustard, garlic powder, salt & pepper, and maple syrup in a smaller bowl and mix them using a teaspoon.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat.
  3. Cook the salmon on both sides, taking care to also coat it with the mustard mixture with a kitchen brush. Cook it until golden brown or for 8-9 minutes in total.
  4. Serve the fillets garnished with salad and a lemon slice.
