Ingredients Needed for Bacon and Sausage Filled Pastry

5 ounces of bacon
5 ounces of sausage
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup flour
8 ounces of pizza dough
4 ounces of mozzarella cheese
¼ cup egg wash

How to Make Bacon and Sausage Filled Pastry

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a medium cast-iron skillet. Fry the diced sausages and shredded bacon in the skillet for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Flour your work surface. Knead the pizza dough on the surface and separate the dough into 6 balls.
  4. Take part of the fried sausages and bacon mix, along with two small mozzarella pieces, and wrap it in dough.
  5. Place the six balls in a muffin tin.
  6. Coat the top of the balls with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.

How to Make Waffle Maker Cooked Calzones

  1. Spread the puff pastry on the floured workspace.
  2. Use a medium bowl to cut out 4 circles of pastry.
  3. Use 2 of the circles as bases for the calzones.
  4. Whisk the eggs and add 1/4 cup of water in order to make egg wash.
  5. Coat the two calzone bases with egg wash, using a brush.
  6. Add the tomato paste on the bases.
  7. Top the mini-pizzas with salami slices and shredded mozzarella.
  8. Add the shimeji mushrooms.
  9. Cover the calzone bases with the other pastry circles. Use a fork on the edges to bind them.
  10. Cook the calzones in a waffle maker or a sandwich maker.
  11. Grill until the pastry is fully cooked.

Ingredients Needed for Quattro Formaggi Bread Bowls

1 egg
2 tablespoons of milk
pepper
salt
2 bread rolls
1 ounce gorgonzola
1 ounce brie
1 ounce fresh mozzarella
½ cup cheddar, shredded
paprika powder

How to Make Quattro Formaggi Bread Bowls

  1. Preheat the oven to 340°F/170°C.
  2. Add the egg, milk, and season with salt and pepper. Whisk.
  3. Next place the bread roll on a wooden board and horizontally slice it through the middle.
  4. Remove the inside of the bread with a spoon.
  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the bread roll halves on it. Add the gorgonzola, brie, mozzarella, shredded Cheddar inside, and the chopped spring onion. Pour the whisked egg mixture.
  6. Cook the bread bowls for the next 25 minutes!
