This recipe is for all die-hard cheese fans out there. Our inspiration was quattro formaggi pizza, but we wanted to make a snack out of it. So instead, we’ve used a classic bread roll and filled it with all the delicious cheese we could find. We’ve added gorgonzola, brie, mozzarella, and Cheddar. A perfect combo, we’re proud to say!

Features:
  • Low Carb
  • Nut Free
  • Vegetarian

Ingredients

Steps

1
Done

Preheat the oven to 340°F/170°C.

Add the egg, milk, and season with salt and pepper. Whisk.

Next place the bread roll on a wooden board and horizontally slice it through the middle.

4

Remove the inside of the bread with a spoon.

5
Done

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the bread roll halves on it. Add the gorgonzola, brie, mozzarella, shredded Cheddar inside, and the chopped spring onion. Pour the whisked egg mixture.

Cook the bread bowls for the next 25 minutes!

I guess I’ve always had a passion for cooking ever since I was a kid when I was mom’s little helper in the kitchen. Even though I wasn’t actually cooking, I was a picky eater, and I focused on bringing more flavor to her dishes, by adding extra herbs and spices I felt might enrich it.
Time has passed, and I haven’t changed that much: I am now my girlfriend’s helper. I’m probably too lazy to cook myself as often as I’d wish, but I always come up with the nicest twists for recipes. I add or remove ingredients, and I feel like a “Master of Ideas.” I dubbed myself that, I admit it.
Other than flavors, I’m quite into movies, TV series, sports competitions, hiking in nature, traveling, and learning about other things.
