This recipe is for all die-hard cheese fans out there. Our inspiration was quattro formaggi pizza, but we wanted to make a snack out of it. So instead, we’ve used a classic bread roll and filled it with all the delicious cheese we could find. We’ve added gorgonzola, brie, mozzarella, and Cheddar. A perfect combo, we’re proud to say!
