How to Make Rainbow Dessert

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  2. Set a parchment paper on a baking tray.
  3. Put in a medium bowl the flour, the egg, the butter, and the milk.
  4. Mix them using a silicone spatula.
  5. Pour the mixture on the parchment paper and give it a round form.
  6. Bake it for 15 minutes.
  7. Let the cake cool and then spread on it the melted chocolate.

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 ounce smoked sprats

1 spring onion, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ lemon
1 avocado, small dices
2 teaspoons of sriracha sauce
rice buns:
10.5 ounces of sushi rice, cooked
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons of soy sauce

How to Make Smoked Fish and Avocado Riceburger

  1. Add the mayo in a small bowl.
  2. Add the smoked sprats and season them with salt and pepper. Add the spring onion, and pour the sesame oil, vegetable oil, and the juice from half a lemon. Mix well to combine the ingredients.
  3. Shape the sushi rice into 2 separate patties, around 1.8 ounces (50 grams) of rice each.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook them for 1 minute per side. Add a touch of soy sauce.
  5. Now start assembling the burger. Grab one of the rice patties and place it on a wooden board. Top it with the diced avocado, sriracha sauce, and the smoked fish mixture.
  6. Top it with the second patty and press down on it.

How to Make Fish Riceburger

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Shape the sushi rice into 2 separate patties, around 1.8 ounces (50 grams) of rice.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook them for 1 minute per side. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
  4. Next heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the pangasius fillet and season it with pepper on both sides. Cook it for 3 minutes per side. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and sriracha.
  6. Add the diced avocado in a bowl. Pour the remaining soy sauce and vinegar.
  7. Start assembling the burger. Add 1 one of the rice patties on top of an arugula bed. Top with diced avocado, 1 pangasius fillet, hot chili sauce, and the remaining rice patty.

  3. Make a batter using a mixer.
  4. In a skillet heat the remaining vegetable oil.
  5. Chop the bacon and fry it.

How to Make Cherry Jam and Meringue Brownie

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. You can start by separating the yolks from the egg whites.
  3. Start mixing the butter. Keep your mixer running and slowly add half of the sugar, egg yolks, milk, flour, and cocoa powder. Mix it until you get a smooth mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture in a large oven tray, around 16 inches (40 cm) X 16 inches (40 cm). Spread it evenly into the tray. Top it with cherry jam, evenly spread.
  5. In the meantime, add the egg whites in the mixer bowl. Turn it on at high speed, and begin slowly adding the sugar. Sprinkle a pinch of salt. Mix until you get a smooth, silky, whipped cream.
  6. Pour it over the brownie cake, and evenly spread it with a spatula. Sprinkle a few walnuts on top.

For the dough:

1 ½ cups of flour
6 eggs
⅔ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

For the cream cheese:

⅔ cup cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the chocolate glaze:

4 ounces of chocolate
1 ounce walnut, chopped
powdered sugar
lime zest
orange zest

How to Make Chocolate-Glazed Whoopie Pies

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Add the flour, sugar, and baking powder into the mixer bowl.
  3. Crack the eggs over the flour. Set your mixer over medium speed, and mix the dough for 4-5 minutes, until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Pour the mixture into a round cake tin, approximately 12 inches (30 cm) in diameter.
  5. Slide the tray into the oven and bake it for 40 minutes.
  6. Use 1 cooking ring, approximately 4 inches (10 cm) in diameter, to take out 3 round shapes out of the cake dough. Slice each one of them through the middle to make room for the filling.
  7. As for the filling, place the cream cheese in a small bowl. Add the egg yolk, vanilla extract, and mix until the ingredients combine in a smooth cream.
  8. Heat a saucepan over medium heat, fill about half of it with water, and bring it to a boil. Cover it with a bowl. Break the chocolate and add it in the bowl. Mix with a spatula until it melts.
  9. Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture between two sides of dough to glue them together. Also, add a few chopped walnuts.
  10. Use the rest of the ingredients to make 2 more whoopie pies.
  11. Top with melted chocolate and let them rest for one hour, in order for the crust to form.
  12. Serve them with powdered sugar, lemon and lime zest!
