Ingredients Needed for Blueberry Dessert

½ cup blueberry
1 orange
⅔ cup flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup milk

How to Make Blueberry Dessert

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Slice horizontally the orange. You’ll use 3 slices.
  3. Put the flour in a bowl.
  4. Add the eggs, sprinkle some salt, add the vegetable oil and the milk.
  5. Make a batter using a mixer.
  6. Put a parchment paper in a square baking pan (6 inch/15 cm side).
  7. Put the blueberries in the baking pan.
  8. Put the orange slices over the blueberries.
  9. Pour the batter over the fruits.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes.
  11. Serve it with a topping.
