5 asparaguses sticks, lengthwise cut and cooked
5 ounces of arugula

How to Make Tuna Pasta With Arugula and Parmesan
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and cook the onion until tender. Add the pasta, water, chicken stock, and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Add the cooked asparagus and stir. Add the arugula, lemon juice, lemon zest, parmesan, canned tuna, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook and stir for 1-2 minutes more.
