1 ounce butter
1 onion, chopped
7 ounces of pasta shell
1 cup water
2 cups of chicken stock
5 asparaguses sticks, lengthwise cut and cooked
5 ounces of arugula
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of lemon zest
½ cup parmesan, shredded
6 ounces of canned tuna
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
pepper

How to Make Tuna Pasta With Arugula and Parmesan

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and cook the onion until tender. Add the pasta, water, chicken stock, and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Add the cooked asparagus and stir. Add the arugula, lemon juice, lemon zest, parmesan, canned tuna, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook and stir for 1-2 minutes more.
