Ingredients Needed for Tomato and Arugula Spaghetti Salad
12 ounces of spaghetti
1 ounce fresh basil, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, cubed
4 ounces of arugula
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon olive oil
How to Make Tomato and Arugula Spaghetti Salad
- Fill a cooking pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil. Add the spaghetti and boil for 8-9 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add the fresh basil, tomatoes, arugula, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, and olive oil to a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix all using a fork.
- Add the spaghetti and the salad to a bigger bowl. Mix them using two spatulas.
- Serve them topped with some grated cheese.
