‘Health in a glass’, that’s how this (and every smoothie out there, for that matter) should be named. That’s what they are, basically. This one is cucumber, celery, pears, and kiwi fruits blended together. Would you share it?

Ingredients Needed for Pear, Kiwi, and Cucumber Smoothie

1/2 cucumber, peeled
1 celery stick, sliced
2 pears, peeled and sliced/cubed
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and halved

How to Cook Pear, Kiwi, and Cucumber Smoothie

  1. Add all the ingredients to a measuring cup and blend them.
  2. Serve in a glass (or glasses) with straws.
